• Radiant Barrier Foil: Help keep your home cooler in summer and warmer in winter by increasing the insulation in your attic with Radiant Barrier Foil installed over the ceiling insulation. Fiberglass insulation stores heat and radiates it into the home at night, by placing foil over the top you reflect heat away and help the fiberglass keep the R value up.  After installing Radiant Barrier Foil our customers have reported using half the amount of gas/wood to heat their homes in the winter and reducing their summertime usage of running the AC in half!
• Solar Attic Fans: Our custom-made attic fan systems use a 16” DC fan in every Gable vent powered by our 50 Watt solar module and controlled by an adjustable thermostat.
• Son-Shield Insulating Roof/Wall Coating: This is an amazing product we discovered 20 years ago, used all over the world sense the late seventies. It was developed by an engineer that wanted to solve all the problems of a roof coating, he thought it would take 90 days and it took 7 years! Using vacuum ceramic micro spheres for insulation has proven to insulate, protect, and doesn’t seem to wear out under any circumstance, we sell and install the paint and all of our projects look great, some after 20 years!
• Mitsubishi Mini-Split Heat & Air Conditioning: We also install Mini Split units that are way more efficient than ducted air conditioning, Especially, in our hot summers, the mini-splits use less power than a Swamp cooler making it a good choice for off grid living. The Minisplit condenser unit is placed on the outside of the home while the evaporator is on the inside.
